COERR has been implementing waste management by means of training about 3-R Principles: reduce, reuse and recycle, in order to conserve environment in all temporary shelters and raise awareness of children and youth in each community.

   On September 8, 2022, COERR Kanchanaburi supported waste separation activity and recycled dress competition activity for the secondary students at Ban Don Yang School. The activities comprised of the waste separation singing contest and recycled fashion design contest.

   There were 20 students participating in singing contest and 12 students taking part in recycled dress competition.

   There were approximately 250 students attending the activities which were aimed at promoting creative recycled dress among youth.

   The outcome of the event was youth’s pride in organizing the successful contest event with responsibility, teamwork, coordination and cooperation.
